Projects & delivery
What kind of projects can we discuss?+
Websites, web and mobile applications, e-commerce, branding, SEO, digital growth and practical AI automation. We define a connected scope based on your needs.
Do you work internationally?+
We welcome inquiries from international businesses. Communication channels, review windows, currency and time-zone arrangements are agreed in the proposal.
How much does a project cost?+
Pricing depends on scope, content, integrations and delivery requirements. Share your brief and any budget range so a suitable scope can be discussed. No fixed prices are implied by this website.
How long will the project take?+
A schedule follows discovery. Content readiness, review cycles and integration dependencies affect delivery, so milestones are agreed before work begins.
Can you work with an existing website or store?+
Yes. An initial review helps identify platform constraints, access requirements and the appropriate scope for a redesign, optimization or maintenance engagement.
What happens after launch?+
Documentation and handover are included according to the agreed scope. Maintenance, hosting and ongoing improvements can be discussed separately.
What should I prepare before we speak?+
Your current website or store URL, the main problem you want to solve, your audience and any launch constraints. A short brief is enough to begin. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records through the form.
Audits & optimization
What can you audit?+
Websites, blogs, SEO, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon and Daraz stores, plus digital brand touchpoints. We do not offer physical-shop audits.
What will I receive after an audit?+
Evidence-backed findings, a prioritized action plan and recommended acceptance checks. The reviewed pages, listings, data sources and limitations are documented.
Can you implement the recommendations?+
Yes. Design, technical, listing and workflow improvements can be scoped after the review. Deliverables, access, fees and timing are agreed before implementation.
Can you explain why my blog is not growing?+
A blog audit reviews indexing, content usefulness, topic coverage, internal links and available reporting. Missing data is identified rather than replaced with guesses.
Is an audit the same as implementation?+
No. An audit identifies issues and proposes a prioritized plan. Implementation changes the website, content, listings or workflows. We can support both, but the deliverables and fees are agreed separately.
Trust & getting started
Do you guarantee rankings, sales or AdSense approval?+
No. Search visibility, sales, answer-engine citations and platform approvals depend on factors outside an agency’s control. We agree practical deliverables and measurement criteria instead.
Who owns the final work?+
Ownership, third-party licenses and source-code handover are specified in the project agreement. These terms should be settled before work begins.
How do I contact you?+
Use the project inquiry page or email contactzenvexasolution@gmail.com. The contact panel is a navigation helper, not a live support agent. WhatsApp becomes available when the business number is configured.
Does the inquiry form send email automatically?+
Use the contact form to send your inquiry directly to our team, or email contactzenvexasolution@gmail.com.
Can we agree a smaller first phase?+
Yes. A focused first phase can address an important journey or defined set of issues. Dependencies and what remains outside that phase are recorded in the proposal.
